3lb Pork Shoulder

2 Sliced White Onion

3 Sliced Gala Apples

Mom’s Apple Bourbon Pork Sauce

Favorite Texas Sides



1.) Sear all sides of the pork shoulder for 2 mins (Approximately 8 minutes total).

2.) Add sliced onions and apples to crock pot and place the pork shoulder on top.

3.) Pour ½ the jar of Mom’s Apple Bourbon on top and slow cook on low for 4-5 hours.

4.) When 195° internal temperature is reached, pull pork apart with a fork.

5.) Stir in remaining sauce before serving.
