Are you thinking about sending a completely awesome, one-of-a-kind gift to a loved one, but you’re anxious about shipping? Look no further. All of our shipping options are listed below.

Please keep in mind that there are many factors that can affect shipping prices: overall shipment weight & dimension, shipment origin, destination, and speed of service selected.

We have negotiated an awesome flat rate of $10.00 to anywhere in the country for ground 3-5 day delivery. If you are running tight on time and need it faster, UPS is available for various options.

  • UPS Ground: $17-$20
  • UPS 2-day: $25-$30
  • UPS Overnight: $35+

Ordering early will help avoid higher shipping costs!

We typically ship any order placed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. While you’re checking out, we will show you all available shipping choices along with a cost and delivery date for each option. Be sure to check out the date shown and select the method that arrives on the date you’d like, or select the flat fee that will be automatically sent for 3-5 day ground deliver.

We guarantee our shipment date but late deliveries still happen occasionally. If your order happens to arrive later than we promised, send us an email with your order number and we’ll stand behind that guarantee by doing whatever we can to make things right, even if that means issuing a refund for your shipping cost.

IMPORTANT:

  • Weather and capacity related issues often create delays for our carriers, particularly during the peak of the season. This is another great reason to order early, and have those gifts delivered ASAP. If some unforeseen circumstance impacts your gift, please reach out to us, we’ll do our best to make things right.
  • Be sure to use the correct shipping address, complete with suite or apartment number if applicable, an incorrect or incomplete address will almost always delay delivery.
  • APO/FPO (armed forces address) orders can take up to 15 days for delivery

A few important tips for having your order delivered on time:

  • Order well before your order is needed, the shipping window closes rapidly. We advise ordering as soon as possible to avoid sold out items and expensive shipping charges!
  • Order as early as possible and pick your delivery date. The closer we get to your special day and the quicker the shipping, the higher the chances of shipping costing much more. The best way to avoid higher shipping charges is to order early!
  • Be sure to use the correct shipping address, complete with suite or apartment number if applicable, an incorrect or incomplete address will almost always delay delivery.

We have looked into shipping our merchandise with a variety of carriers and have found that some of those options are both more expensive and in the some cases can take almost twice the time for delivery. We’ve negotiated a great flat rate fee, that would typically be twice that or more. A speedier delivery is available to you if you chose that option, but that typically comes at a price.

We ship from our warehouse in Missouri and delivery can take up to 5 business days for our slowest method depending on how close you are to our warehouse. Unlike large retail websites that have warehouses in many states, we are unfortunately limited to one.

The large websites that can offer free shipping usually ship from a warehouse site much closer to the package’s destination and deal with a much higher quantity of packages shipped. Some even charge a yearly membership fee, as well as raise of the cost of their items to cover the shipping that they’re giving to you for “free”. Instead of charging you fees or hiking up the cost of our boxes we just charge you the flat fee, or the fee calculated from what our shipper charges us to deliver the package.

Another reason for the shipping cost is that most of our boxes are 12 inches by 12 inches by 13 inches and weigh an average of 9lbs. Moving a package that size and shape does cost a bit extra as well (this is the case with any shipping option) If you look up rates for shipping a package of that size and dimension that distance on any shipping provider’s website, you’ll find that our shipping costs are competitive and the flat rate fee is extremely reasonable.

Hopefully this will clear some confusion up regarding our shipping costs, and paints a clearer picture of the process. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

All products are returnable within a 14- day period from when the customer receives the products. After 14 days of receiving the products, all products are of final sale. The customer is responsible for shipping back products they wish to return. We do not conduct price adjustments. If the shipped products are damaged from a carrier, Carrie’s Merries will either fully credit back original method of payment or replace the product upon proof of damage by Carrier. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact us. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two (2) weeks of receipt (as shown on by our common carrier’s shipping information). Any refunds or replacements are made solely in our discretion.
